Friends with Benefits Waxing Program Terms & Conditions

For Members Who Enrolled After April 24, 2017

Enrollment

Participants of the LunchboxWax™ Friends with Benefits Program (“Friends with Benefits” or “Program”) will be eligible to enroll in our discount waxing program at LunchboxWax locations.

You must be age 13 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for participation. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By enrolling in the Friends with Benefits program, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). To enroll in the Program, you must complete the LunchboxWax Friends with Benefits Application. Guests must keep their personal information up-to-date. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Term of Membership

A monthly payment, based on the pricing of the eligible service you have chosen, is charged to your credit/debit card beginning the day you sign up and continues monthly. Guest is entitled to receive waxing appointments for the eligible service they have signed up for at the same discounted price. Multiple service memberships may be active at concurrent times. Members may rollover any unused services to the following month. Upon termination of the membership, accumulated member services expire 90 days after the last day of a prepaid term membership. Monetary refunds are not issued for unused services.

Prices subject to change. Rates and services may vary by location and session. Price based on member rates. Additional local taxes and fees may apply. Each location is independently owned and operated.

Agreeing to LunchboxWax’s Privacy Policy & Email
LunchboxWax values your privacy. Our collection of your personal information and how we use it is governed by our privacy policy. Details from your application for Membership (including personal information) will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the Friends with Benefits Program (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and administering the Program) and for marketing and data analysis purposes. By submitting an application for the Friends with Benefits Program, you agree to receive marketing materials and other communications from LunchboxWax. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by sending an email to info@lunchboxwax.com (these requests must include the reference “Unsubscribe” or by unsubscribing with the provided link in the email).

Freezing a Membership

Membership in the Friends with Benefits Program may be frozen one time per calendar year. You may freeze your membership a minimum of one month up to a maximum of three months. When a membership is frozen, a guest may not use his/her program benefits or payments will resume that same day. A minimum of one membership payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen. At the end of the membership freeze term, your card on file will be charged on the next scheduled funds transfer date (terms, conditions, and rules of the current program will apply). Your membership must be unfrozen for a minimum of nine consecutive months before it may be frozen again.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships are set up month to month and auto renew until you cancel. You understand that you must sign the LunchboxWax “Cancellation Agreement” to cancel your membership. Termination of this authorization must occur at least 15 days prior to the next billing date and two payment cycles after creation of membership. Should you decide to cancel your Friends with Benefits Program, the cancellation will take effect on the next renewal date unless otherwise required by applicable law. Memberships will be charged in full-month increments. Memberships may only be canceled once every six months.

No-show appointments: We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Once an appointment is booked – unless we hear otherwise – we’ll expect (and are excited for) you to be there. No-show and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service booked to the card number with which they were held.

There is no limit to the number of service memberships a guest can have. Members can change from their existing service membership to another service within the program no more than once every six months. Memberships can be changed 15 days prior to the next payment cycle (5th of the month). To change a membership to a membership of greater value, if it’s within the month’s cycle, it can be pro-rated until the next payment cycle. If it is downgraded to a membership of lesser value, no money is refunded and there is no additional fee. The charge at the appropriate membership level fee will commence on the following month’s payment cycle.

NOTE: Friends with Benefits memberships may not be transferred from one guest to another, or transferred between salon locations.

Program Exclusions

The Friends with Benefits Program is not valid with any other discounts or promotions. If LunchboxWax or any of its locations offer a discount or promotion, it would not count as a qualifying service in the Friends with Benefits Program.

By joining the LunchboxWax Friends with Benefits Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these program rules. LunchboxWax reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the program or any aspect of the program at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Guests are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. LunchboxWax assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Guest information. LunchboxWax may revoke any Guest's benefits at any time if such Guest engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Transfer Policy
The Friends with Benefits membership may be transferred from one eligible service to another. Should you decide to transfer, LunchboxWax will charge you full price for the visits you already used and apply any remaining balance due toward your new Friends with Benefits membership purchase. We do not charge a fee for transferring your services.

NOTE: Friends with Benefits memberships may not be transferred from one guest to another, or transferred between salon locations.

LunchboxWax Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Enrollment and Eligibility
No purchase necessary to enroll in the LunchboxWax Loyalty Program (“Program” or " Points"). All benefits must be earned and redeemed at the location of the guest’s enrollment in the program.

The LunchboxWax Loyalty Program is a rewards program offered by LunchboxWax. Participation in the program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of LunchboxWax and its affiliates are eligible for membership but may be excluded from certain promotions.

You must be age 13 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for participation. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By enrolling in the program, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). To enroll in the program, you must provide your first name, last name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Guests must keep their personal information up-to-date. The program is void where prohibited by law.

Earning Loyalty Program Points
Guests will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying products and salon services (not limited, and subject to change) at LunchboxWax locations. Guests will also earn points in connection with “Actions” as set forth below (not limited, and subject to change). LunchboxWax may also from time to time, put forth promotions that will allow Guests to earn points in connection with promotions, etc. All points are redeemable only towards the purchase of eligible retail products.

Qualifying Purchases
Guests earn points for qualifying purchases. One point is awarded for each dollar spent, except in the case of a Wax Bundle purchase which is awarded at two points for each dollar spent.

If a Guest purchases a product during a promotion and the product comes with an additional free product, points will not be issued on the retail value of the free product. If a Guest redeems points towards the purchase of a product and pays a portion of the retail price after the point's redemption, the Guest will receive points on the remaining retail amount paid by the Guest. If a Guest redeems points towards the purchase of a product in an amount equal to the full price of the product, the Guest will not earn any bonus points.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
When a Guest makes a qualifying purchase of a gift card, the Guest will earn points on the amount of the purchase. No points will be awarded for gift card redemption.

Qualifying Actions
Guests earn points for the following actions:

  • Refer a Guest: 250 points awarded
  • Guest Birthday: 250 points awarded

Addition of Points to Accounts
Points will be added to your profile immediately at the time of purchase of qualifying products or services or by completion of promotional offers that award points for qualifying actions.

Exclusions
Guests earn points only on the purchase price of qualifying products or salon services and qualifying actions at participating LunchboxWax locations and will be held in the Guest account/profile. Calculation of points excludes payment by the Guest for all gratuities and taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes. Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or salon service. For example, if a product that is normally $100 is on sale for $75, a Guest will only earn points on the purchase price of $75. Redemption of merchandise vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including merchandise returns, are not eligible for points. All purchases made by a Guest prior to such Guest joining the program are not eligible for points credit.

Returns
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the Guest's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points if applicable. If a return will cause your points account to have a negative point balance, a store credit will be issued on the return regardless of your original form of payment. Products purchased with points may not be returned for cash or credit.

Bonus Point Promotions
From time to time, LunchboxWax may run certain bonus point promotions. Under bonus point promotions, Guests can earn additional or "bonus points" in connection with the purchase of certain products or services at participating LunchboxWax locations or in connection with qualifying actions or events. Bonus point promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time at LunchboxWax's sole discretion. Bonus point offers cannot be combined with any other offer unless specifically stated by LunchboxWax. From time to time, LunchboxWax may offer you the chance to win various prizes, including points. Rules and restrictions will apply to such promotions. All bonus point promotions must be redeemed at the location at which the guest earns their points.

Redeeming Points
Points earned by a Guest may be redeemed for qualifying products or discounts off products at the LunchboxWax location at which they were earned. Points cannot be redeemed for discounts on salon services.

Points Towards Products
Guests can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a product or to receive a product for free based on the following scale: 100 points = $1.00 discount

Points can be redeemed in any combination of the point and increment amounts. Redemption of points purchases of products is subject to product availability.

Redemption
To redeem points towards a purchase at a LunchboxWax, Guests must indicate that points are being redeemed prior to making the purchase. Points must be redeemed in the salon where they were earned.

Salon Services
Salon services are not eligible for redemption of points.

Exclusions
Points accumulated on different accounts of different Guests may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.

Points Expiration
Points earned do not have an expiration date.

Program Cancellation
You may cancel your participation in the program at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued in your account must be used within 30 days or will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

Transfer Policy
Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Additional Information on the Program
By joining the program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these program rules. LunchboxWax reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict points or any aspect of the program, including, without limitation, the points conversion ratio and expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. LunchboxWax may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Guest's ability to use already accumulated points. Guests are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program terms and conditions. A Guest’s point balance, as reflected in LunchboxWax records, shall be deemed correct. LunchboxWax reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Guest's account based on LunchboxWax's internal records related to such Guest's account. LunchboxWax assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Guest information. Guests’ right to transfer points earned or granted under the program is prohibited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of a Guest’s points as well as suspension or termination of the Guest’s program benefits, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. All transactions involving points and all Guest accounts are subject to review and verification by LunchboxWax. The point balance in a Guest's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review. LunchboxWax may revoke any Guest's benefits at any time if such Guest engages in abuse of the program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of points may result in revocation of benefits and enrollment in the program and may affect a Guest’s eligibility for participation in any other LunchboxWax program.
