By the end of the first quarter of 2014, LunchboxWax Franchise LLC plans to secure area development agreements in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington, D.C. The LunchboxWax Franchise System, which already has attracted area developers in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Utah includes:

- LunchboxWax Concierge Program, an ongoing business mentoring service
- Site selection, build-out and marketing support
