LunchboxWax LOCATIONS PLANNED FOR FLORIDA AND GEORGIA
- Latest area development agreement with Florida-based group keeps franchise on-track for 18-month goal to award 24 franchises by year's end -
February 6, 2014, Boise, ID - LunchboxWax, known since 2010 for its viral brand that happily encourages all to “Bare Your Beauty,” announced today it has awarded an area development agreement that encompasses 1 O locations in two states as part of its continued expansion plan to bring its chic, service-oriented franchise system to affluent communities across the United States.
Luba Jenkins, successful businesswoman and longtime Florida resident, will oversee the development of the wax-only salons in Florida and Georgia along with operational and general management assistance from partner Angela Solomos.
Sarasota's University Parkway is top on the list with plans to open salons in Florida in Miami's Brickell, Miami Beach's South Beach, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, West Palm Beach and Aventura. Atlanta's Buckhead community also is included in the agreement.

We're dedicated to supporting and growing this brand, and careful site selection is a critical component to maintaining the identity of this respected, growing company,” said Jenkins, who said the positive attitude, edginess and energy of the support team helped solidify her decision. “Having been a wax aficionado my entire adult life, I've always seen there was room for improvement. I'm impressed with what Lunch BOX brings to this field and am excited to bring this second-to-none speed-waxing experience to the booming, blooming development of University Parkway and to other nearby areas that share a similar enthusiasm for health, beauty, style and self-care.”
Jenkins and Solo mos are in the site selection process and will work with the LunchboxWax Franchise team to open the Sarasota salon approximately 120 days after the lease agreement is signed.

In addition to Florida and Georgia, LunchboxWax also has salons open or commitments for franchises in Idaho, Oregon and Utah with intent to award franchise agreements in other progressive areas in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas and Washington, D.C.

From December 1, 2012, to November 30, 2013, annual gross revenue for the corporate store in Boise, Idaho, was $488,314.01. The company’s flagship salon operates as a Two-Suite Boutique Box. Most franchises sold will feature a Four-Suite Complete Box configuration.
