LunchboxWax Franchise, LLC, Names Vice President of Marketing and Media

September 19, 2016, Boise, ID —LunchboxWax Franchise, a speed-waxing concept undergoing strong growth in affluent communities coast to coast under the LunchboxWax (A WAXING SALON) brand, today announced that Marketing Director Jamie Dillon has been appointed vice president, a new position within the franchise. Dillon previously directed marketing activities for LunchboxWax Franchise and will continue to report to LunchboxWax Franchise Founder and CEO Debi Lane.

In her expanded role, Dillon is responsible for developing marketing policies, programs, budgets and systems to support the strategic direction of the franchise. She is responsible for the growth and management of the national brand and for the processes to support franchisees in their respective regions.

“Jamie continues to be integral in providing LunchboxWax with a voice and vision when it comes to marketing strategically for our national brand and supporting franchisees in their local markets,” Lane said. “The imagination, brilliance and leadership she brings to our company and franchise partners helps to keep us relevant, competitive and thriving in the franchise and beauty industries.”

LunchboxWax Franchise currently operates 25 salons in 10 states: Arizona, Colorado, California, Florida, Idaho, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon and Utah.

The wax-only salon franchise that has been commended for its unique business culture plans to limit the number of overall franchisees in an effort to foster a family feel in the business while maintaining exceptionally high operational standards.

Dillon joined LunchboxWax Franchise in 2013 after a successful career as a marketing consultant and freelance writer in a multitude of industries for many organizations, including the nation's largest tradeshow, marketing agencies, regional business publications, non-profits and startups.

Named consecutively in Entrepreneur Magazine’s top 10 categories in franchising, LunchboxWax launched its national franchise program in late 2013 to answer growing consumer demand for expertly trained estheticians trained for the sole purpose of speed waxing in an environment that is dedicated to each guest’s comfort.
