Our response to Covid-19 To our loyal guests
One of our core pillars is collaboration. This guiding light has never been more important than now as we understand that different areas of the country are being affected differently and changing daily. We have taken great care to choose franchise partners with the same commitment to community as well as strong business acumen. We are continuing to support, listen and collaborate with our salon owners as they take the necessary steps to comply with local government recommendations, all while balancing the health and well-being of their staff, guests and community.
While we have always exceeded the required sanitation processes, we have implemented enhanced disinfecting guidelines in the salon to offer a hygienic and comfortable service without compromising the guest experience. This includes additional cleaning and sanitizing protocols throughout the salon and in suites between guests. This takes a little extra time, but you’re worth it!
Our waxologists will be wearing face coverings while inside the salon. We have always held the highest standards for our hygiene including; utilizing one-time disposables for each guest, wearing gloves during services and washing hands with antibacterial soap when arriving at the salon and between guests.
For the safety of our waxologists and guests, we will be checking the temperatures of our waxologists when they arrive for their day with a non-contact digital forehead thermometer. Your waxologist will also be taking your temperature before you enter the waxing suite for the safety of everyone in the salon.
To maintain social distancing guidelines and your safety, services may be by appointment only. Contact your salon for their current policy on walk-in appointments. You can always book your appointment through our website or use the LunchboxWax app.
We have enhanced our check-in processes to maintain social distancing. As you prepare for your appointment, please watch for emails or texts with instructions on what to do when you arrive for your service.
If you feel symptomatic in any way, including: having a cough, fever, chills, muscle aches, headache, or loss of taste/smell or believe you may have been exposed to Covid-19, please cancel your appointment and follow the directions of your healthcare provider. When it is safe for you to reschedule, we will make sure to get you in.
To help us maintain the health and safety of our waxologists and other guests, we are asking all guests to wear a face mask or covering when you come for your appointment. If you don’t have one, we will have disposable masks for you to wear.
Please arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time and come by yourself. We are limiting the number of people in our salon at any one time.
Please practice social distancing in the salon, and if another guest is present, remember the 6-foot rule.
If you have a concern about meeting the requirements outlined in this message because of a health condition or disability, please contact your salon 24-hours in advance of your appointment and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
